The prices for the service of placing Adverts by Users is exclusive of amounts in respect of value-added tax (VAT). The Bailiwick of Guernsey is not part of the UK or EU and VAT is not chargeable by Ocean Cobra Limited for services or goods supplied in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Users are liable for all taxes and duties for services or goods supplied outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey and are advised to seek independent legal advice if in doubt regarding their liability to tax or duties.
